UKSpeedTraps & www.kool-bitz.com prices always shown in UK pounds (£).
UKSpeedTraps & www.kool-bitz.com always try to make sure that our prices are accurate. In the event of a mistake a member of our customer services team will contact within 24 hours.
Prices may change in order for us to remain competitive and we therefore reserve the right to change our prices without notice.
Most items include postage and packaging to all mainland UK addresses. Larger items may attract a surcharge.
UKSpeedTraps & www.kool-bitz.com is an internet mail order business we are sorry but you can not collect items without prior arrangement.

Telephone orders: At the moment we are unable to take telephone orders, but you are welcome to call and have a chat to get advice.

Warranty & Guarantees

All products sold carry a one year manufacturers parts & labour guarantee unless otherwise stated. If your purchase proves to be faulty, contact us and we can make arrangements for your product to be tested and replaced.

Returns

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period

By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of any item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. For more information review Your Statutory Rights.

• Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the full cost of the item on return to UKSpeedTraps - Refunds will not include your postage costs:
• We will refund only standard (Airmail) postage charges for items delivered that are Defective or D.O.A.
• Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
• We will at not be liable to make payment of postage to return an unwanted/gift unit

When returning product, for whatever reason, please contact us to inform us that you wish to return the product We will assign you a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) number, which should be included with the product to be returned.

Your RMA number is "valid" for only 14 days upon receipt. Only direct consumers/private individuals have the right to cancel any order related to the "Cooling off period" for a refund (items only - not freight/postage costs)

• Pack the product securely with impact-absorbing materials (original packaging is preferred) and you must include all accessories.
• In case of "Dead on Arrival" (or items that become faulty within the "Dead on Arrival" period) the item must be returned in the same standard as it was shipped out, including original packing and all accessories.
• Enclose the RMA Authorization email or letter with the parcel (inside). Email or call to request this number.
• Clearly mark the parcel with the RMA number that you receive from us
• The return parcel must be sent to our Return Department at your risk and expense. Returning the parcel back to you will be at UKSpeedTraps expense.
• Standard RMA-routine is that the item is being shipped to us and will be tested - if confirmed faulty by UKSpeedTraps, it will be repaired or replaced.
• If the goods are returning under cooling-off, they must still be checked. If they pass the cooling-off conditions, a refund will be issued back to the original payment card.
• Any shipment without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will need special treatment and the processing will be delayed
• The parcel must only be sent to us as a standard parcel via Royal Mail.
• We can not except returns based on missing safety camera data as we don't not consider the unit to be faulty. This is an issue with the company that maintains the database.
• There may be a un registering charge imposed on us by the suppler if this is the case so we will pass this charge on or deduct it from the refund amount.
• Due to Paypal costs not being returnable after 60 days we may deduct this charge at the time of giving a refund.

Terms of Sale

UKSpeedTraps & www.kool-bitz.com may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Faulty Goods

All the manufacturer's offer technical support for the products and will replace the product directly. Please try them first.

If this fails and you suspect your product to be faulty within 28 calendar days of purchase please contact us by email to obtain a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) number. Outside of 28 days please refer to the manufacturer's warranty.

Our suppliers maintain there own safety camera databases. UKSpeedTraps & www.kool-bitz.com can not be held responsible for errors and omissions in those databases. We can not except returns based on missing data as we don't not consider the unit to be faulty. You should contact the manufacturer of the unit on any database issues.
